The Consulate General of India in Saint-Denis, Réunion invites yoga enthusiasts to participate in the Yoga Competition 2026, organized as part of the 12th International Day of Yoga 2026 celebrations.

Photo Submission Guidelines –

Participants may submit a vertical photograph (9:16 format) showcasing a yoga posture (asana) of their choice. The submission should include the participant's name, age, and the name of the yoga pose. The photograph should be taken at a prominent location in Réunion Island with good lighting. Participants should wear appropriate yoga attire, remain barefoot, and use a yoga mat.

Video Submission Guidelines –

Participants are required to submit a vertical video (9:16 format) of no more than 2 minutes, demonstrating a yoga posture (asana) of their choice. The video should begin with a brief self-introduction, including the participant's name, age, and the name of the yoga pose. Record the video at a prominent location in Réunion Island with good lighting. Participants should wear appropriate yoga attire, remain barefoot, and use a yoga mat.
