The Consulate General of India informs students and members of the Indian diaspora that the A2A portal of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) will open from 23 February 2026 for the academic year 2026–2027.

These prestigious scholarships offered by the Government of India provide international students the opportunity to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, Diploma, and Doctoral programmes in India across a wide range of disciplines.

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 40 years (Bachelor’s / Master’s / Diploma)
• Maximum age: 50 years (Doctoral programmes)
• English proficiency required depending on the course chosen
• Medical fitness certificate required
• Visa issued in the appropriate category
