The Bharat International Rice Conference 2025 (BIRC 2025) will be held on 30–31 October 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. This flagship event is being hosted by the Indian Rice Exporters' Federation (IREF) in association with the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA)—the nodal body under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India for promoting agricultural and processed food exports.

India, the world’s leading producer and exporter of rice—including the globally acclaimed basmati—is recognised for supplying premium-quality varieties at competitive prices. BIRC 2025 will be the most extensive exhibition and conference ever dedicated exclusively to rice, creating a platform for every link in the rice value chain. Participants will include exporters, importers, research institutions, technology providers, start-ups in value-added rice products, Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), banks, shipping and logistics companies, and key government bodies.
